Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AYA, we strive to provide our customers with the highest-quality products and services. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our practices regarding refunds and cancellations
Refund Policy :
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund based on the following conditions:
1. Physical Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
2. Digital Products (Courses, Downloads, Services)
- Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for downloadable items or courses once they have been accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues accessing the product, please contact us at [email protected], and we will resolve the problem or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.
- If the product or service is unsatisfactory and has not been accessed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Cancellation Policy :
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a service, class, or membership, please review our cancellation terms:
1. Services (Consultations, Coaching, etc.)
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or event will receive a full refund.
- No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled time.
2. Subscriptions or Memberships
- You may cancel your subscription or membership at any time. If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming cycle.
- Refunds will not be issued for payments already processed, but you will have access to the service or membership until the end of the current billing period.
Event Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your participation in our event such as a workshop, seminar, or conference. Please review our event cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation by Attendee:
- If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us at least 7 days before the event to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- No refunds for cancellations made on or after the event date will be issued
2. Cancellation by Organizer:
- In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule the event, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible.
- If the event is canceled, a full refund will be issued to all attendees.
- If the event is rescheduled, you can attend on the new date or request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation :
To initiate a refund or cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number or relevant purchase details. We will respond within 10 business days to process your request.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Gift cards and other non-refundable items as specified on the product page.
- Any product or service marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
